Thanksgiving Buffet will be served in the Madera Clubhouse on Thursday, November 26, 2015.

Salad Station

Green salad with assorted dressings; assorted beet salad with crumbled goat cheese, toasted pecans and white balsamic vinaigrette; potato salad; grilled vegetable salad


Tomato mozzarella platter; assorted cheese platter; fruit platter with mint-honey yogurt dressing; cured meats with condiments


Poached shrimp with cocktail sauce; roasted whole salmon; cured salmon with capers; hard boiled eggs; red onions; toasted mini bagels; seafood salad; shrimp salad

Carving Station

Slow roasted turkey; roasted pork loin; roasted round of beef;

gravy; apricot glaze; a-jus; house orange-cinnamon cranberry sauce; garlic mashed potatoes; kale and sage stuffing; roasted tomatoes and basil potato gratin; dark and white turkey meat; grilled chicken with supreme and grape sauce; seared tilapia with root vegetables and vegetable jus; green beans with roasted red bell peppers, onions and bacon; sweet potatoes with melted marshmallows and pecans
