The QCBDC is looking forward to another exciting dance season for 2015/16. Once again club members will experience the styles and food of award winning restaurants around the world. If you have considered joining the club, you are welcome to attend any of the dinner dances as guests.
The new season begins on December 16 at the La Capilla De La Bolsa Restaurant in Madrid, Spain. Dance to the sounds of the Tom Patrick Band while enjoying a fabulous Mediterranean-style meal in the Crystal Ballroom.
January 20, 2016, finds the club at Le Louis XV Restaurant at the Hotel de Paris in Monte Carlo, Monaco, experiencing outstanding food inspired by the French Riviera while enjoying the sounds of the Myron Sommerfield Orchestra.
On February 17 the Tom Patrick Band will once again play as members appreciate the best in hospitality and South American Fusion cuisine from the IK Restaurant in Lima, Peru.
Finally, dine on a version of the Moroccan/French menu from the Gastro MK Restaurant in Marrakech, Morocco, on March 16 and dance to the Green Valley Orchestra.
This world tour has been planned by Food and Beverage Chair Mary Lou Johnson in conjunction with Executive Chef Aris Cabrera and Director of Banquets Epi Torres. The wonderful dance music and décor for the evenings have been arranged by Music Director Steve Otrosa and Social Chair Kathy Stone.
