A new website is targeted to go live Monday, August 26. The name will be the same, www.quailcreekhoa.org, but residents can expect to see some changes.
The website will be hosted by Active Network Communities, a leader in association management software.
Usernames will be an email address. For conversion purposes, this means that only those residents with an email address will be set up in the system as users. Residents who use one email address may continue to share a user profile or opt to have separate user profiles. Every effort is being made to convert accurate profile information into the new website.
Private areas of the website, such as the POA Board, Message Board and Address Book, will display in menus but will require a log in to access. The current website displays private areas of the navigation menu only when logged in.
There will be two calendars on the website, one for Community Events and one for Fitness Classes. Active Content Management, ACM, calendars will replace CalendarWiz.
Clubs and Activities are listed alphabetically but can be browsed or searched by keywords or categories.
Changes to navigation have been incorporated on the current website so will remain much as it is today.
The What’s Happening daily email has been reduced to one version, a slightly enhanced short edition to which the majority of residents are currently subscribed.
Quail Creek Country Club, www.qccountryclub.com, an external website to market weddings at Quail Creek, was incorporated into ACM at no extra cost. The new website went live March 14, 2013.
Residents can look forward to website functionality that works with updated browsers and mobile devices. Watch What’s Happening for dates on website informational meetings!
