Tickets for a fashion show cosponsored by The Women of Quail Creek and the Quail Creek Fights Back Relay for Life team to benefit cancer research will be on sale on Wednesday, January 15 from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon in the Madera Clubhouse lobby Sundays and on January 19 from 9:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon in front of the Grill. Tickets are $25.00. Deadline to buy tickets is January 24.
The show to be held in the Madera Clubhouse Ballroom starting at 12:30 p.m. on January 31 will feature outfits from Rose’s Fashions in Green Valley. The bar will open at 11:30 a.m.; the menu will include a steak and wine salad and dessert. In addition to the fashion show, residents will be able to purchase items from Rose’s in the Silver Room starting at 10:30 a.m. and after the show. Everyone making a purchase that day will receive a 15% discount. Cash, checks and credit cards will be accepted. Also in the Silver Room from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on January 31 there will be raffle tickets on sale for a variety of products and services. Included in the prizes will be gift certificates for fitness classes at Quail Creek—a great way to keep on track with the New Year’s resolution to live a healthier life.
The theme is Somewhere over the Rainbow There is a Cure. We are still looking for donations of gift baskets for the raffle as well as prizes.
