Morning times are 10:00 a.m., 10:30 a.m., 11:00 a.m., 11:30 a.m.
Afternoon times are 12:30 p.m., 1:00 p.m., 1:30 p.m. and 2:00 p.m.

Salads: tossed salad with assorted dressings
Appetizers: fresh fruit; imported and domestic cheeses, dry fruit and crackers; deviled eggs
Seafood: peel and eat shrimp with lemons and cocktail sauce, salmon display with capers, onions, hard boiled eggs and bagels, seafood pasta, cured salmon, shrimp salad
Omelet Station: cheese, green onions, sweet peppers, bay shrimp, ham, green chilies, tomatoes, mushrooms, bacon, sausage and salsa

Carving Station: leg of lamb, mint jelly; roasted beef a-jus; pork loin, apple and raisin cinnamon sauce
