Computer Club monthly program has packed house, again!

On Thursday, February 20, the Computer Club’s monthly program, Cutting the Cable was very well attended with over 200 people eager to learn how to cut the cable. On March 18 at 7:00 p.m. in the ballroom, Traveling with Technology will be presented by Paul Jaffe. Booking hotels, cars and air travel; checking flight status en route; taking a portable Wi-Fi hotspot along for the ride; saving money on travel costs; choosing mobile phone data plans while traveling abroad; using technology to stay in touch at home; employing cloud services to save space on mobile devices while traveling and much more will be held on Tuesday, March 18 at 7:00 pm in the ballroom. Doors open at 6:00 p.m. Feel free to come early for best sets and bring your neighbors with you!

Anyone thinking of joining the Computer Club can sign up at this meeting. The Computer Club has classes available only to members on most operating systems and computers including Apple, Android, iPad, Windows 7 and 8, plus Help Clinics for one-on-one support. Dues are $20 for one person or $30 for two family members for the 2014 calendar year.
