On October 23 there will be a complementary craft beer talk in the Madera Ballroom at 7:00 p.m. Not only will Barrio Brewery be on hand to discuss the ins and outs of craft beer but they will be available to answer any questions should you decide that you make the best tasting beer around and just need a few pointers on how to make it even better.
Complementary events are always good but please remember this is part of The Women of Quail Creek’s scholarship fundraising so a donation, either cash or check, would be appreciated. All checks should be made payable to TWOQC Charity Account.
To entice you even further, at the Barrio Brewery talk, you will be able to purchase tickets for Oktoberfest, the 50/50 raffle ($1 each, $5 for 6, $10 for 14 and $20 for 30), and as a very special overture Pilsner glasses will be available for $8 each. And with each Pilsner glass purchase you will receive a free one-time fill at Oktoberfest. What a deal!
This will also be the final opportunity to purchase tickets at $30 for the Oktoberfest Gala on October 29 to support TWOQC’s scholarships for two deserving graduating female high school students and the Women in Transition scholarship for an over 21 female who may need a little help to return for a post-high school education. Food—music—fun—50/50 raffle, gift baskets raffle, pretzels and beer.
