On a beautiful day in November, the ladies of Unit 1 South enjoyed a luncheon potluck of salads and desserts. Linda Eckebrecht hosted and treated us all to champagne with dessert. As we introduced ourselves we found that some ladies had lived here for 16 to 17 years while others had been here for less than a year. One interesting story was about the “cemetery lots” in Unit 1. Many of us knew there were small undeveloped pieces of property throughout the unit but didn’t know why. Before Robson bought the subdivision, these lots were owned by people who knew the lots were too small to build on but wanted to be able to access the amenities. Now these lots are owned and managed by the HOA.
