TRIPS 2019-20 season

The Quail Creek TRIPS committee (a division of the Education Committee) has planned an exciting list of places to visit this upcoming season. Most trips will explore Tucson and southern Arizona and are limited to 15 to 20 participants.

The following is a schedule of the destinations and the months that are planned:

October: Kitt Peak Nightly Observing Program (NOP) bus trip with 50 participants

November: Richard F. Caris Mirror Lab and Behind-the-Scenes of the University of Arizona Repertory Theater

December: Equine Voices Rescue & Sanctuary and Tumacacori Mesquite Sawmill

January: Ignite Sign Art Museum

February: Arizona art and history attractions by streetcar

March: Biosphere 2 and lunch at SaddleBrooke

April: Exploring downtown on foot

May: Fred Whipple Observatory

More information will be available about a month before the event. Watch for the announcements for each event in the Quail Creek Crossing and What’s Happening. All events are subject to change.
