Quail Creek Presents T.G.I.F. Summer in Italy at the Madera Clubhouse Crystal Ballroom with entertainment by The Drift on Friday, June 19, 2015. A cash bar opens at 4:30 followed by a dinner buffet at 5:00 p.m.
The menu includes a tomato mozzarella salad with arugula and Balsamic reduction, grilled eggplant and zucchini vegetable medley, risotto cakes with tomato and basil sauce, lemon rosemary chicken and penne pasta with scallops, mussels and clams finished with pesto cream sauce. Dessert will be a lemon tart with almond whipped cream.
