Quail Creek is now the third Robson Resort Community in Arizona partnering with accesso for ticketing solution needs. The community is utilizing the accesso ShoWare solution for reserved season packages and performances.

Online ticket sales start at 6:00 a.m. for new shows and are available 24/7 thereafter. You can add reserved seating tickets to your cart for one or more shows up to four tickets per show. It’s easy! Select a show, click on Buy Tickets, select your seats and checkout. The system uses SSL to encrypt and secure your transaction. No credit card information is retained in ShoWare. You can purchase tickets for multiple shows and pay for them at one time. Selected seats are held in your basket for 15 minutes. If you would like to reserve a hearing assist device or need to accommodate a wheelchair, use the drop-down box in the shopping cart to change the ticket type to Hearing Assist or Wheelchair. That alerts the Activities Department to your request.
Print tickets at home or request Will Call to print the tickets at the Concierge Desk and pick them up at your leisure. Online ticket sales started on Wednesday, June 8. Available shows will be released the first Wednesday of each month through September. New shows available for purchase online are announced in What’s Happening.
Box Office Sales are still available at the Concierge Desk in the Madera Clubhouse. Tickets sales at the Box Office start at 8:00 a.m. for new shows and are available during Concierge Desk hours. The Concierge Desk can take cash, checks or credit cards and use one payment per order. Charges to the Robson card are not accepted.
TGIF Dinner/Dances will continue to be sold at the Concierge Desk through the summer. The first TGIF Dinner/Dance to be sold online will be in September. Residents will be able to pick the table where they wish to sit and reserve up to 10 tickets at a table.
