Quail Creek Source Book – Address and phone updates due before July 1

Our new Source Book will be printed late this summer for fall delivery. If your listing is correct in the 2013–2014 book you do not need to resubmit your information.

If you need to add or change your listing, forms are in the front of the current Source Book and available at the Concierge desk. You may fill out the form online at www.quailcreekcrossing.com and click on Update your Source Book information; mail or fax it to Source Book, Robson Publishing, 9532 E. Riggs Road, Sun Lakes, Arizona 85248, fax 480-895-4391 or leave it at the Concierge desk.

2014 Second Half Member Dues Statements

Watch for your second half member dues statements in your mailbox in mid-June. Payment is due July 1. You may pay by check mailed to QCCCPOA at 9532 E. Riggs Road, Sun Lakes, Arizona 85248. You may also set up payment from your bank bill pay feature. Payee information is the same as above. Please do not combine your member dues payment with your POS charges payment.

2015 Budget Preparation

Work on the 2015 budget will begin in July. Quail Creek clubs and activities groups will again be asked to submit requests for funds for their group. Forms will be available at the Concierge desk and in the clubhouse hall. Watch for details in letters and announcements.

Question and Answer Meetings

Residents are invited to the Q&A meeting on Wednesday evening, July 16 at 6:00 p.m. at the clubhouse in the ballroom. Bring comments and questions for the local board members.

The date of the Annual Board Meeting is Thursday, November 20 at 6:00 p.m. in the clubhouse ballroom.

Homeowners with Rental Property

Owners need to complete a Rental Policy form (available at the Madera Clubhouse) and provide it to the Concierge prior to the rental start date. The form can also be filled out on the www.quailcreekhoa.org website found under Association Living>Forms>Property Rental. If you use a property management company, please be certain they’re aware of Quail Creek policies too.

A refundable cash deposit of $10 covers a maximum of two placards for easier gate access. Those renting for over one year may obtain a window tag for $35. See the Concierge for details.
