Restaurant Expansion
Signs have been posted for the upcoming restaurant expansion to the Grill at Quail Creek. Renovations are expected to begin in August and anticipated to be completed spring 2018.
The renovations will add approximately 4,000 sq. ft. of inside/outside dining, expanded kitchen, larger private dining room, and lounge and restroom facilities.
New Models and Units
This past winter we opened two new model homes-the Fresco and Tesoro. Both are very popular with our new home buyers and offer a wide range of upgrades.
We also opened Unit 33B and Unit 29B this past winter. The new units at 33B offer courtyard Villa sites, golf and mountain views.
