Musical Instrument Museum trip on October 30

There will be a trip to the Musical Instrument Museum (MIM) on Wednesday, Oct. 30. The MIM is located in Phoenix and is the world’s only global museum for musical instruments.

If you have never been to this museum, it has been listed as the number one attraction on TripAdvisor for a few years. The museum has galleries made up of instruments from all over the world by different artists and even an Experience Gallery that provides a hands-on music making experience. Visit their website for more information on current galleries and special exhibits at www.mim.org.

Bus boarding will begin at 8:00 a.m. at the Madera Clubhouse at 8:00 a.m., with departure at 8:30 a.m. We will have a one-hour guided tour with free time after, and Café Allegro will be open for you to enjoy a bite to eat from 11:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. You can see the menu at mim.cafebonappetit.com/cafe/cafe-allegro.

The bus boards for the return trip at 3:30 p.m. and departs at 4:00 p.m. We will arrive back at Quail Creek at 6:00 p.m.

Tickets are $44 per person (maximum of 50 people) and include a round-trip charter bus, museum entry, one-hour guided tour, a headset, and guide port to use during our stay.
