The Mother’s Day Brunch Buffet will be in the Madera Clubhouse Crystal Ballroom on Sunday, May 13, 2018. The cash bar opens at 10:00 a.m. Morning seatings will be at 10:00 a.m., 10:30 a.m., 11:00 a.m., 11:30 a.m.; afternoon seatings will be at 12:30 p.m., 1:00 p.m., 1:30 p.m. and 2:00 p.m.
Menu items include:
SALADS Greens with assorted dressings, fruit tray; ambrosia salad, chicken Waldorf salad; bay shrimp salad
SEAFOOD House cured salmon with eggs, capers, red onions and crostinis;
deviled eggs, peel and eat shrimp, crab and rotini salad
ENTRÉE Scrambled eggs with breakfast potatoes; blintzes with grilled peach and strawberry sauce, French toast
OMLETE STATION Cheese, bay shrimp, green onions, bell peppers, ham, sausage, green chili, tomatoes, mushrooms, and salsa; California vegetables, potato au gratin with roasted tomatoes and basil; seared chicken with supreme sauce, poached salmon with citrus butter sauce
CARVING STATION Carved pork with cinnamon and raisin sauce; carved roast beef with a-jus; carved leg of lamb with Pinot Noir demi sauce with mint
There will also be rolls, assorted desserts, iced tea and coffee.
Ticket price is $40, children under 12 $18 (all inclusive), children under five free.
