After its summer recess and with the return of many of the winter residents, the Green Valley Chapter Military Officers Association is back on the social scene. Their next meeting will be on October 18 with cocktails being available at 5:00 p.m. and dinner being served at 5:30 p.m. All officers and warrant officers, currently serving, retired or former are eligible for membership.
The menu will include mixed greens with assorted accompaniments and a choice of Ranch or Raspberry Vin dressing. Entrees being offered are Poached Tilapia with diced tomato relish, rice pilaf and seasonal mixed vegetables or Beef Stroganoff with noodles and a beef gravy sauce. Dessert will be Pumpkin Pie with whipped cream. Cost for the meal is $26.
