Lady Putters move to winter schedule

Peggy McGee

With the days getting shorter and the mornings getting cooler, the Lady Putters will be moving into their winter schedule on November 1. They will gather on the back patio of the clubhouse at 9:30 a.m. for check-in and start putting promptly at 10:00 a.m.

Newcomers are invited to give the Putters a try to see if that is something they think they will enjoy. There are two opportunities to try out the group before one is required to make a commitment. Yearly dues are only $15 and there is a $1 greens fee each time one putts.

When members putt the required number of times and attend the luncheons that are held every six weeks, they will qualify to receive a gift card that will be worth more than the money laid out for the weekly fees.
