Lady Putters announce 2018 award winners

At their March luncheon the Lady Putters announced the “stars” of 2018, those who had excelled in different areas. Awardees were Jan Ederle, Low Gross Score for Year, with a 34.67 and Fay Shapiro, Low Net score for the year of 29.20. Yoshie Hennessy got a whopping 64 holes-in-one.
A new Quail Award, a special pin, was presented to those who got five or more holes-in-one during one putting session in 2018. Getting six holes-in-one on one day were Jan Ederle, Debbie Ettenger, Carol Marich and Joyce Walton.
Those getting five holes-in-one included Sylvia Butler, Dorie Franklin, Yoshie Hennessy, Frieda Hyles, Betty Laveto, Judy McKinley, Kathy Olbeter, Sharon Schoen, Sue Scott, Frannie Vanselow, Wendy Van Dyke and Janet Wegner.
Those recognized for achieving scores of 32 were Deb Anderson, Sylvia Butler, Teresa Buttelman, Gloria Contreras, Frieda Hyles, Carol Marich, Sally Newton, Frannie Vanselow, Joyce Walton and Diane Wilson.
Julie Daines, Jan Ederle, Lou Moultrie, Wendy Van Dyke and Marcie Yenerich each scored 31 in at least one putting session.
The super champs were Ginny Hutcheson and Yoshie Hennessy with their scores of 30.
