When our golf cart conked out at a busy intersection on Quail Loop, we were without mobile phones, masks, and water. Actually, we had only planned a quick little jaunt on a sunny afternoon. Two empathetic new homeowners, Mark and Rosemary, were walking by and graciously called security at the main gate.
Two members of the security team arrived promptly, relieved our frustration and stress, and got us safely home. Rick and Matt on truck patrol were immediately reassuring and helpful.
Quail Creek residents should be reassured that we are all secure with such capable, compassionate, and supportive people having our backs. Both men were very professional. Chivalry and caring are not things of the past in this Quail Creek community. Thank you, Patrol, for all you do!
