Ford captures his fifth Club Championship trophy

The Quail Creek Men’s Golf Association held it 2013 Club Championship over three days April 30, May 2 and May 7. This three day tournament pits the top golfers in five flights against each other with the ultimate reward being the right to call oneself the Club Champion for 2013.

In the Championship division, the Woods Flight, Bob Ford claimed the title as Club Champion for the fifth time shooting 75, 76 and 74 over three days. Gordon Bobillot finished second with a three day total of 235. Gordon was able to turn in the low score of the tournament shooting a 73 on the second day.

Other flight winners were Bill Hoppe, Snedecker Flight, David Rey, Stricker Flight, Larry Laughman, Kuchar Flight and Gunter Schmidt, Michelson Flight.
