Color me healthy and beautiful

Every woman can “polish the silver” as we age, and we can continue to shine. Each of us has our own style. You had a style when you were younger; it never goes away! Aging is a fact of life. Growing older is not like it used to be. Look at old photo albums of our grandmothers.

Quail Creek resident, Deborah Bryant, will share her experiences and expertise at The Women of Quail Creek (TWOQC) monthly program on Monday, July 29, 2019, 6:30 p.m. in the Madera Clubhouse Crystal Ballroom. This program is open to TWOQC members and first-time guests only.

“My husband of 48 years and I moved to Quail Creek four years ago; that has been another great adventure in our life. Now, I feel very blessed to be near my mother and sister who live in Green Valley.”

She has over 40 years of experience in sales, management and marketing in the skincare, cosmetic and fashion industries. For the past 18 years, she has worked with a wellness company to assist customers in shopping wisely from one online store. She is helping them get the toxins out of their homes and bodies to achieve optimal health.

Keeping up one’s image takes work but can be simplified. A few questions and the insights from their answers can guide your journey.

What is your most valuable asset?

How can you look younger instantly?

Why do people ask you if you are tired?

How can you help your body repair itself?

Where can you make improvements in your personal environment?

Am I willing to make changes?

“My years of experience helping women achieve optimal outcomes has been rewarding, particularly when a woman says, ‘Now I really love the way I look and feel.’ As a makeup artist, image consultant, health and wellness shopping coach and businesswoman, I have helped thousands of women be their best. Because appearance and wellness are fundamental to one’s self-esteem, it is important to learn fresh ways to realize these qualities in a way that complements one’s unique style.”

Body and mind are partners in being whole. Physiological wellbeing begins at a cellular level. And there is truth in the old adage, we are what we eat. Attitude is key as well. The insights of the well-known Serenity Prayer drive the point home:

“God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change;

courage to change the things I can;

and wisdom to know the difference.”

-Reinhold Niebuhr (1892-1971)

Your time is now; be the best you can be! You’ll leave with knowledge useful in attaining a healthier life.
