Luscious juicy summer fruits and berries packed into one singular sensation! What’s your summer time favorite pie recipe? Chef Aris wants to know and is on the hunt to serve the best creation at The Grill during the month of July. Might you have Quail Creek’s most outstanding summer flavor favorite in pie, pie and more pie? He is looking for the best cherry, blueberry, peach, raspberry, lemon, blackberry, apricot, boysenberry, banana or strawberry creation. It can either be single or double crust, meringue or whipped cream, crisp or cobbler. It can be an old family favorite, a new creation inspired by you or a recipe from one of your best cookbooks or chefs.
The contest begins immediately with final entries due June 18. The Food & Beverage Committee, along with Chef and The Grill Staff, will select finalists for the sample taste testing held on June 25.
